We work with the Ag Emissions Centre to help New Zealand farming move toward a lower-emissions future.

The Ag Emissions Centre is funded by the Government to invest in and coordinate research aimed at reducing New Zealand’s agricultural greenhouse gas emissions. Their work spans methane, nitrous oxide, and soil carbon research programmes, alongside future farm systems research and international collaboration through the Global Research Alliance. As a core part of the Government’s climate change response, they connect research, policy, and practical farm-level solutions.

As an EpiVets partner, the Ag Emissions Centre brings deep research coordination and climate science expertise to the table, helping ground our work in the data and priorities shaping New Zealand’s agricultural future.
